How much does property management cost in Gurugram?
Our full-year Complete Property Management fee is equivalent to one month's rent per year — about 8.33% of annual rent. That covers tenant placement, quarterly inspections, rent follow-up, society and utility coordination, and move-out handling. Standalone tenant letting, without ongoing management, is 15 days of rent. There are no hidden charges and no markup on repairs.
What exactly does a property manager do for my Gurugram flat?
A named Rentiers manager markets the property, screens and verifies tenants, drafts and registers the lease, hands over the flat with a photographed inventory, tracks rent payment and follows up on any delay, coordinates with the RWA or society office, supervises repairs at cost, runs quarterly condition audits, and manages the move-out inspection and deposit settlement.
Do you charge a markup on repairs and maintenance?
No. We obtain multiple quotations from pre-verified technicians, share the quotes and photographs with you for approval, and supervise the work. You pay the vendor's exact invoice. Rentiers adds 0% to repair and maintenance costs — the management fee is our only income from your property.
Which areas of Gurugram do you manage properties in?
Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana is our home ground and where most of our portfolio sits. That includes Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, Dwarka Expressway, Sohna Road, South City, MG Road, the DLF Phases and New Gurugram sectors 79 to 95. Being concentrated here is what lets us reach any managed property the same day. If you own outside Gurugram, ask us — we also manage in Noida, Delhi NCR and Mumbai, and we will tell you honestly whether we can do the job properly before you commit.
How does rent reach me, and what happens if a tenant delays?
The tenant pays you directly into your own bank account — Rentiers never holds or routes your rent. Rent is due on the 1st of each month; we track the due date, confirm with you once it is paid, and chase the tenant directly if it is late, so you are never left guessing. NRI owners are usually paid into their NRO account.
Can I end the management agreement early?
Yes. The PMS Agreement can be terminated with one month's written notice on either side. We hand over all keys, documents, inventory records, inspection photographs and tenant correspondence at exit.
I own another property outside Gurugram — can you manage that too?
Very likely, yes. Gurugram is our home ground and where most of our portfolio sits, and we also manage in Noida, Delhi NCR and Mumbai. Tell us where the property is and you will get a straight answer on whether we can look after it properly — we would far rather say no early than manage something badly from a distance.
